New-Hearth Homestead!

ree

We’ve given GreenHearth Homestead a refresh — Online — and we’re excited to share what that means for you. After listening to your feedback, testing ideas on the homestead, and rolling up our sleeves, we’ve relaunched with a clearer, more useful online home, a big lineup of new products, a brand-new YouTube channel, and our first-ever GreenHearth merch collection. Here’s what’s new, why it matters, and how you can get involved.

A website built for real homesteaders

Our new website is designed to be a practical resource, not just a storefront. Key improvements you’ll notice:

  • Easier navigation and faster search so you can find information and products quickly.

  • Clear product pages with honest descriptions.

  • A new blog! With tips, tricks, and stories directly from us!

  • Mobile-friendly checkout and improved order tracking.

  • Newsletter sign-up for early access to new products, exclusive how-to content,

    and workshop announcements.

  • We expanded our product offering!

Available products include:

  • Our famous, handmade Homsteaders Beanies

  • Handmade, standard-sized Beanies

  • Handmade scarves to match your Handmade beanie

  • Handmade Socks to match your other Handmade Greenhearth Homestead goods

  • Handmade candles

  • Handmade soaps

A YouTube channel made for hands-on learning

Film and photos can’t replace doing, but they’re the next best thing. Our new GreenHearth YouTube channel focuses on clear, actionable videos:

  • How-to walkthroughs: planting, building raised beds, compost basics, preserving the harvest.

  • Project builds: step-by-step construction videos for small homestead projects.

  • Seasonal planning: what to sow, what to prune, and when to harvest.

  • Behind-the-scenes: real days on the homestead — successes, fixes, and lessons learned.

  • Join our live Q&A and workshops to ask questions and watch demos in real time.

We’ll post practical, reasonably paced videos that you can follow along with. Subscribe and hit the bell for notifications — early subscribers get priority for livestream Q&A slots and workshop discounts.

GreenHearth merch — practical, comfortable, made to last

For the first time, we’ve created a range of clothing and accessories that reflect how we work and live:

  • Durable shirts and outerwear in relaxed cuts for layering

  • Beanies and caps designed for comfort during early-morning chores

  • Reusable canvas bags and aprons for market runs and garden work

  • Sew-on patches for your backpacks, battlevests, and whatnot

We focused on fit, function, and durability. Some items are produced from ethically sourced or recycled materials — you’ll see material details on each product page.

What this revamp means for you

  • Better resources: More reliable guidance and how-to content to help your projects succeed.

  • More practical choices: Products the GreenHearth team trusts and uses.

  • Community learning: Video content and live events to learn alongside us and other homesteaders.

  • A chance to support our work: Buying merch, products, or attending workshops helps fund more free content and keeps GreenHearth sustainable.

How to get involved right now

  • Visit the new site and browse the shop.

  • Subscribe to the newsletter for early access, seasonal checklists, and subscriber-only offers.

  • Subscribe to our YouTube channel and tell us what videos you want to see first.

  • Share your feedback — what did we do well, and what else should we add?
