Refund Policy - the basics
At GreenHearth Homestead, we want you to be happy with anything you purchase from us. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to put things right.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, defective or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
We may ask for photographs or other information to help us understand the problem.
Change of Mind
For eligible goods purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
This right does not apply to certain products, including perishable goods, such as fresh eggs and other fresh food products, or goods that have been made or personalised specifically for you.
Where a return is permitted because you have changed your mind, goods should be returned in an unused and resalable condition. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you may normally be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Fresh Food & Perishable Products
For food and other perishable products, including fresh eggs, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind once the product has been supplied.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, unsafe, faulty or otherwise not as described, please contact us and we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Plants & Living Products
Plants are living products and can naturally vary in appearance, size and condition depending on the season and growing conditions.
If a plant arrives significantly damaged or in a condition that is not reasonably expected, please contact us promptly with photographs so that we can assess the situation.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed or legally required, we will normally issue it using the original payment method.
Where goods are returned because of a cancellation or fault, refunds will be made within the applicable legal timeframe.
How to Contact Us
